EnsembleCo Consulting is a networked consultancy founded by Charlotte Genge, an engineer, entrepreneur, and strategist with a decade of experience helping organizations thrive at the intersection of strategy, sustainability, and innovation.
As Founder & Principal, Charlotte partners with other consultants to deliver projects for fast-moving companies, and nonprofits as they navigate strategic growth, sustainability transformation, and marketing evolution. Her expertise spans SaaS, the circular economy, and social enterprise, guiding clients to turn bold ideas into measurable, meaningful outcomes.
Charlotte has led initiatives ranging from scaling paid acquisition for early-stage startups, to developing circularity programs and nonprofit growth strategies. She is also the Founder of The Great Swap, a series of community-led reuse initiatives that has diverted thousands of pounds of textiles from landfill while raising thousands of dollars for charities.
Through EnsembleCo, Charlotte bridges strategy, evidence-based research, and storytelling to make circular and sustainable change not only possible but practical.
